We’re assuming all the yearly PS3 & PS Vita PlayStation Plus free games in North America will disappear on June 3rd and June 10th (the US PS Blog team has been silent on the matter), but we 100% know that all the yearly PS3 & PS Vita games in the European PS+ Instant Game Collection will disappear on June 11th and won’t be replaced.
This news comes from European PlayStation Plus Content Manager Chris Howe, who simply explained:
The yearly games for both PS3 and PS Vita will not be replaced and will be leaving the service on 11th June, so if you have not downloaded them, make sure you do now!
As well, Howe confirmed that Batman: Arkham Origins is “not in the plans for the next few months” when it comes to being a PlayStation Plus freebie.
Now, with this news, it means all of these games will be removed from the European PlayStation Plus Instant Game Collection on June 11th (head over here to add them to your download list if you haven’t done so already):
- LittleBigPlanet Karting (PS3)
- Uncharted 3: Drake’s Deception Single Player (PS3)
- XCOM: Enemy Unknown (PS3)
- Uncharted: Golden Abyss (PS Vita)
- Gravity Rush (PS Vita)
For North America, we already know LittleBigPlanet Karting and Uncharted 3 are leaving on June 3rd, and if our assumption is correct, these titles will be removed on June 10th (head over here to add them to your download list if you haven’t done so already):
- XCOM: Enemy Unknown (PS3)
- Gravity Rush (PS Vita)
- Uncharted: Golden Abyss (PS Vita)
- WipEout 2048 (PS Vita)
We’ll know for sure on Monday if those 4 above games are leaving the North American IGC on June 10th, so stay tuned.
