Don’t get too excited yet, but Take-Two has trademarked ‘Hangar 13’ in the US for use with “computer and video game programs and software” and” downloadable computer and video game programs and software.” As pointed out by Gematsu, there was a piece of DLC for The Bureau: XCOM Declassified called Hangar 6 R&D, but they note there wasn’t a trademark filed for it. We’ll just have to wait and see if this is something new, or maybe something for The Bureau. [Source 1, 2]
Just a couple days after releasing, there’s already been nearly 3 million deaths from PS3 owners of Dark Souls 2 (who are connected to the internet) and over 1.3 million deaths for Xbox 360 owners of the game. [Via, Source]
Because “the transition to next-generation console gaming continues to impact our financial performance,” Majesco has reported a Q1 2014 net revenue of $21.9 million, down from $23.5 million during the same period in 2013. After being delayed due to some further censorship needed, South Park: The Stick of Truth will now launch in Germany and Austria on March 27th. [Via, Source]
Staying with The Stick of Truth, Obsidian revealed that a patch for the PS3 version of the game is “in test currently at [Ubisoft] and will go to Sony after approved. No ETA yet unfortunately though.” [Twitter]
