PS Vita Version of TowerFall: Ascension “Possible in the Future,” No Plans for a PS3 Port

Now that we know TowerFall: Ascension launches for the PlayStation 4 and PC on March 11th in North America (European date still being finalized), some people have asked about whether or not the game will be coming to the PS3 or PS Vita.

Answering questions over on the PS Blog, Matt Thorson of Matt Makes Games revealed that “no Vita version is planned yet, but it’s possible in the future!” While it seems like there’s a chance the Vita might get TowerFall at some point, Thorson was less hopeful about the PS3, just saying, “Sorry, there’s no plans for a PS3 port.”
