It may have taken over a month, but FIFA 14 was finally dethroned from top spot on the UK sales charts in 2014, with Tomb Raider: Definitive Edition on PS4 and Xbox One debuting in first. It was a close race, however, with FIFA 14 finishing less than 500 copies behind TR: DE.
For Tomb Raider: Definitive Edition (the original Tomb Raider in 2013 turned out to have the 4th highest week 1 of all 2013 titles), Chart-Track is reporting that 69% of copies were sold on PS4, with the Xbox One getting just 31%. This is a contrast to Tomb Raider last year, which had 50% sold on Xbox 360 and 42% on PS3.
