September 2013 European PSN Sales Charts: Grand Theft Auto V Breaks Digital Sales Record Held by The Last of Us

Grand Theft Auto V was big in September. How big? How about breaking the previous digital sales record held by The Last of Us big!

Of course, other games appeared on the charts in September, with FIFA 14 placing second on PS3, Grand Theft Auto IV proving its legs in third, and Diablo III in fourth. On PS Vita, Killzone: Mercenary placed in first, followed by The Walking Dead: The Complete First Season.

Cross Buy titles are counted separately in each chart, depending on which platform they were purchased and downloaded on first. So if you bought Lone Survivor on PS3, it counts as a PS3 sale, not a PS Vita sale.
