Back in June we reported that Double Eleven and Q Games were working on bringing PixelJunk Monsters Ultimate HD to the PS Vita. The game is an updated version of the 2008 PSN tower defense title and includes some touch controls, trophies, the Encore DLC, and a few other improvements.
No price or release date was given at the time of announcement, but now we know that North American gamers will be able to get their hands on PixelJunk Monsters Ultimate HD on July 30th for the price of $14.99, followed by players in Europe and the majority of Asia receiving it a day later on July 31st. A Japanese release date is yet to be announced.
PixelJunk Monsters Ultimate HD will also be coming to PC and Mac, but no release date has been given for those platforms at this time.
