Hyperdimension Neptunia Victory Won’t be a Day 1 Digital Title on the PSN, The Witch and the Hundred Knights “Nearing Completion in Japan”

Day 1 Digital titles are all the rage today on the PlayStation Network, with many retail titles being downloadable on launch day, including recent RPG’s like Ni no Kuni and Atelier Ayesha. In the comments section of the PS Blog post that detailed everything about NIS America’s upcoming RPG’s – Time and Eternity, Disgaea D2: A Brighter Darkness, and The Guided Fate Paradox – Ryan Phillips, Marketing Coordinator, was asked about Hyperdimension Neptunia Victory being digital on release day:

As for Hyperdimension Neptunia Victory, we won’t be having a PSN version available at launch for the game. For mk2 we did have a PSN version come later, however at the moment we don’t have any news on a digital version for Victory.

With the delay of HNV last week that saw it go from March 12th to March 21st in North America and March 15th to March 22nd in the UK, you have a few extra days to figure out where you’ll buy it.

Looking at yet another NIS title, The Witch and The Hundred Knights, Ryan said that during a recent press event, Sohei Niikawa, President of NIS, noted that it is nearing completing in Japan and they’ll hopefully have more information soon.

Are you going to buy Hyperdimension Neptunia Victory? Let us know in the comments below.
