Earlier this morning, Double Fine announced that their upcoming game, The Cave, will be available for sure this month on PC. When I asked them if this means that the PlayStation Network version will be launching this month as well, they simply responded with “that’s the plan!.”
Basically what this means is that you can either expect a January PS3 release for the title, or if it happens to miss that, an early February launch for the new 2D side-scrolling puzzle-adventure game is pretty much a lock.
If you’re unfamiliar with The Cave, Alex checked the game out at E3 last year, letting us know that it is a ‘brilliantly designed and gorgeously illustrated twisted adventure game’. Check out this latest character trailer, which tells you all about the seven different playable characters, as well as The Cave.
