The Australian Classification Board, who previously outed Uncharted: Fight for Fortune on PlayStation Vita, are back! This time they have rated the ‘Borderlands 2 Expansion Pack – Captain Scarlett and Her Pirate’s Booty and Mister Torgue’s Campaign of Carnage‘.
To simplify that, the rating seems to suggest that there will be a retail release of both the Captain Scarlett and Her Pirate’s Booty DLC and Mister Torgue’s Campaign of Carnage DLC for Borderlands 2 sometime in the near future. Though this was only rated in Australia, if this does turn out to be true, expect it to arrive worldwide.
Putting this news in perspective, the original Borderlands had a similar retail pack that included The Zombie Island of Dr. Ned and Mad Moxxi’s Underdome Riot DLC, but it was only for PC and Xbox 360. Then eight months after that, the Borderlands Game of the Year Edition came out for PS3, Xbox 360, and PC.
If you’ve passed on the Borderlands 2 DLC up to this point, would you buy a retail release of the first two packs? Or would you just hold out until the eventual GOTY Edition? Let us know in the comments below.
