And here’s how they come up with their picks:
The folks here at Amazon Games came together soon after E3 to begin creation of our own Best of 2012 in Gaming editorial list. We started with all titles released in 2012, and have been narrowing it down throughout the year as we evaluated gameplay. We relied on your reviews to ensure our choices were in line with the opinions of our customers. Once we had it down to a set of forty titles, some of the more serious gamers were recruited to discuss (and argue over) the list in an effort to select the best twenty games of the year (in our humble opinion). After an intense knock-out round, each gamer ranked all remaining titles. Votes were calculated, and voilà, we had our list. Check out our favorites and let us know what you think.
What do you think of their choices? Agree or disagree? Let us know in the comments section below and feel free to let us know what you thought of some of our past reviews of 2012.
