Guardians of Middle-Earth Is Sau-ring To PSN and Retail On December 4th

We always knew that the MOBA-style game set within the Lord of the Rings universe, Guardians of Middle-Earth, would be headed to the PlayStation Network this December, but Monolith has just announced that it will be coming to retail as well.

Starting on December 4th, you’ll be able to download Guardians of Middle-Earth on the PSN for $14.99, with a Season Pass also available for anyone who wants to save some money on the post-launch DLC.

If you’d rather spend $29.99 and have a physical copy, select retailers (not specified yet) will be carrying Guardians of Middle-Earth on December 4th, which includes the full game and Season Pass. Presumably, this means that the Season Pass will end up selling for $14.99.

The planned DLC for the game will include game maps, one bonus gameplay mode and several additional good and evil characters, some of which will be based on characters from The Hobbit: An Unexpected Journey.
