European gamers may have been planning to take advantage of the PS Vita’s most excellent region freedom in order to play Persona 4: The Golden. Atlus USA will launch P4 in North America this fall, but until today, it hadn’t had a release date for Europe. Outside of the Tokyo Game Show at its annual private party, NIS America changed that. On behalf of Atlus USA, NISA will be distributing Persona 4‘s handheld version across Europe. At the lunch meeting, representatives repeatedly stressed how honored they were to be involved with the handling of such a high profile, fondly remembered RPG.
Persona 4: The Golden is expected to be ready for European launch in the Spring of 2013.
