If you’ve been patiently waiting for a chance to try out Resident Evil 6 for yourself, the wait is nearly over, as Capcom has announced that a demo for the game will be available for download starting September 18th.
Those with access to the PlayStation Network or Xbox Live Gold will get it that Tuesday, while Xbox Live Silver members will have to wait an additional week, yet again reinforcing the benefits of Sony’s free online gaming service.
The demo will include playable sections for all three protagonists (Jake, Leon and Chris) and will also include the ability to play cooperatively online.
Critics have had mixed reactions on the game after demoing the title at several different events (though we liked it quite a bit), but we want to hear what the PlayStation LifeStyle community thinks, so be sure to let us know what you think of the demo when it arrives in just two week’s time.
