It’s no secret that Neversoft is working on a Call of Duty title for Activision; however, no specific details on where this new title will fit in with the rest of the series have been divulged. Well, that is, until now.
According to a report from Se7enSins, it appears that the next title will in fact be yet another entry in the Modern Warfare sub-series. According to the outlet, a source from Neversoft leaked the following information:
It’s another MW game. There’s something called, ‘Drone Survaillance’ [sic]. They’re working on ‘HALO’ jumps (High Altitude; Low X.) There is a level under ice. There is cloaking tech. Something called a ‘Dominator UAV’.
Activision has yet to comment on the leak, so we’ll have to treat this as rumor for the time being.
