Are you an Anime fan? Then you have no doubt been paying attention to the developments of one of two anime applications headed to the PS3, Crunchyroll. The application has officially been launched, and perhaps to the satisfaction of anime fans everywhere, arrives a bit sooner than initial projections.
Available for download now, the Crunchyroll application allows subscribers of the service access to the entire library of anime and Asian dramas, while free members can stream a smaller but apparently still sizable selection of titles. One claim to fame for Crunchyroll is that you are able to stream any new/current shows in their catalog a mere one hour after they originally air in Japan. If you would like to try this application out, you can find it on the PlayStation Store from your XMB.
