A new cinematic trailer has emerged from THQ‘s vault featuring Warhammer 40,000: Space Marine. After some post-E3 silence, some more of the game’s story has been revealed.
Warhammer 40,000: Space Marine is a third-person sci-fi/fantasy shooter based on the popular tabletop game created by Rick Priestley and Andy Chambers from Games Workshop back in 1987. It is the 12th game taking place in the universe of Warhammer 40,000. In this newly-released trailer, main protagonist Captain Titus is commanded to drop an “experimental device.” This device is no doubt designed to wipe out the Orks, but will it succeed? Our bet is on “not right away,” otherwise there wouldn’t be a game to play! Take a look at the trailer below, and let us know if it gets you pumped for the upcoming game.
Relic Entertainment’s Warhammer 40,000: Space Marine is currently set to release on September 6th in North America and September 9th in Europe.
