L.A. Noire Screenshots Show the Dark Side of 1947 Los Angeles

Rockstar Games has been on a mission as of late with their upcoming release of L.A. Noire. Commercials have been seeing showtime on televisions everywhere, even taking the chance to make a large presence during the NBA Playoffs. Now some additional screenshots have arrived and, as usual, they’re impressive.

A fourth group of sceenshots have been released under the guise of the L.A. Noire Crime Desk on Rockstar’s official site. This time around, we get a look at an investigation involving a missing boxer, and another at a Jazz club where a shooting took place. Each occurred in the realistically reconstructed 1947 version of Los Angeles, where crime and gambling was prevalent, and where L.A. Noire takes place.

Over 100 high resolution images are now available on the updated screens section of L.A. Noire‘s website, so if you’re looking to prep your investigative career for its mid-May release, then have at it.
