For months Kane and Lynch developer IO Interactive have been widely believed to be developing the highly anticipated Hitman 5. Several hints all pointed towards the game’s existence; from the voice behind Agent 47 talking about the unannounced title to industry folks’s profiles stating they are working on the game. Now, IO Interactive has yet again hinted at Hitman 5‘s existence by putting up a job listing which is hiring for an “unannounced AAA action title”.
A recent job listing put up by IO Interactive on their website stated that they are now hiring for a Lead Character Artist for a game which the developer describe as “one of the most exciting projects in IO Interactive’s 10 year history”.
The job listing’s description is as follows:
We are looking for an exceptional candidate to join our team as Lead Character Artist to complete one of the most exciting projects in IO Interactive’s more than 10 year history in videogames, and play a major part in the games we have in the future pipeline. We are prepared only to accept applications from the very best talent from around the world.
