After the explosive success of Black Rock Studios’ new IP titled Split/Second, they decided to give the destructive arcade racing game a go on the PlayStation Portable. Publisher Disney Interactive Studios has now announced the game’s release date for Sony’s portable device.
Disney confirmed to Joystiq that the PSP version of Split/Second is racing its way towards a November 16th, 2010 release date. The portable version of the game will introduce an additional track which tallies up to a total of 13 playable tracks. Additionally, a challenge mode will be included as well as the enticing aspect of four-player ad-hoc multiplayer.
