Rockstar’s wild western shooter, Red Dead Redemption, has been released to the masses and has been enjoying critical success. As with all Rockstar games, sales have sky rocketed for this hot new title as it enjoys 1st position in the UK charts yet again.
Rockstar’s Red Dead Redemption has spent a full second week on top of the UK all-formats chart. The open-world western saw off competition from UFC Undisputed 2010 in second place. Activision and Bizarre’s new racing game Blur didn’t make the top 10, entering 14th. Meanwhile SEGA and Obsidian’s spy RPG Alpha Protocol managed one better and entered 13th.
Other notable inclusions are Split/Second which is in sixth position which was trailed by Modern warfare 2 in 11th and Prince of Persia the Forgotten Sands in eighth place. ModNation Racers also makes its entry at 10th.
