UFC Undisputed 2009 took the fighting scene by storm, accumulating over 3.5 million worldwide sales. Now UFC 2010′s producer dubs the fighting series as the “number one fighting franchise” on the planet.
Speaking in an interview with GPB, UFC Undisputed 2010’s producer, Neven Dravinski, had some brave words to say about their highly successful series.
There’s no question that it’s the number one fighting franchise in the world. Since THQ is the company that represents that brand, in the video game space, it’s an honor and a privilege. The UFC is a hard working group, and they demand excellence from their brand. Working with these great people, you really see this excellence shine through in the video game.
THQ announced UFC 09 had exceeded 3.5 million sales, an impressive feat for a new IP. The next installment in the series, UFC Undisputed 2010, will dropkick the UK on May 28.
