Like many of our beloved video games, Monopoly’s innovation mixed with accessibility made the board game a classic. And to think, it has only been 75 years since its original release!
Close to a century later, the Hasbro board game is still alive and kicking with new iterations coming as the world’s trends shift from fad to fad. While we’ve seen everything from The Beatles Monopoly to Spongebob, gamers have yet to make an outcry for a serious, hardcore video game atmosphere in Monopoly. Because of this anomaly, Resident Evil fan Nicholas Endean took matters into his own hands.
