Fallout: New Vegas has been officially announced at Bethesda’s press conference in London. The newest installment in the series was revealed by Bethesda’s Pete Hines, who says the publisher has hired Obsidian Entertainment to work on the multiplatform title. Hines said:
“It is not a sequel to Fallout 3. It’s simply another Fallout game in that universe.”
Hines added that this title will have no impact on the project that Todd Howard and his team are working on. Obsidian Entertainment is known for developing Alpha Protocol, Neverwinter Nights, and Star Wars: Knights of the Old Republic 2.
