Some hardcore local multiplayer fans were disappointed when it was revealed Killzone 2 did not offer split screen game play. Word from Angie Smets, Senior Producer, is this may be a DLC pack in the future. The developers were very adamant about the quality of the multiplayer experience so split screen was sacrificed in order to focus on the campaign and online.
